Data Deletion — LMS

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data related to the Advistors LMS product.

What will be deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or irreversibly anonymise:

  • Account profile (name, email, avatar) stored in the LMS
  • Enrollments, course progress and quiz submissions
  • Certificates generated by the LMS
  • In-app messages and notes
  • Support tickets attached to your LMS identity

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where we have a legal basis or obligation, such as:

  • Audit and security logs (short retention)
  • Billing/transaction records kept by our payment processor
  • Aggregated analytics that do not identify you (e.g., course completion rates)

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to info@advistors.co.uk with the subject line “LMS Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Include your full name, the email address used in the LMS, and (if relevant) your organisation.
  3. If you used a social login, you may also revoke app permissions in your social account settings after we confirm deletion.

Verification & timeline

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account. Verified requests are typically processed within 7 days. We’ll confirm by email when deletion is complete.
